When billing credit card customers I am receiving a message that says "Missing or Invalid Key code contact vendor of software" I saw that someone had an issue with this as well and the response was "Make sure you have your NetTools Pro plug in key insalled properly on your database server. However, I am told this does not apply to us because we have a "stand alone" system. Please advise. Thank you.
How do I install the plug-in. And where do I get it? I obviously had it at one point because this use to work.
I would contact whatever company you purchased it from. If it was from us, you can email to get a copy of your licensing.
