Mismatch between google webmaster tools - sitemaps and indexed pages in google

    Hi there,

    As per Google Webmaster Tools - Sitemaps, my website has: 5,022 URLs in web index.
    When I checking Google: site:www.trustdir.org it shows only 146 results.

    Any idea for this discrepancy?
    The website in question is: www.trustdir.org

    I also attached screenshot from webmaster tools and Google results.[​IMG]
