I was trying to get some cheaper PPC in Google....using some popular Brand Names....so I created a Campaign in Adwords...

and used primarily mis-spelled Brand words...

Google made me bid as if those words were correctly spelled?

In some cases they are up to $5 pc....!!!

    Why???

    Is this Common?

AdWords treats mispellings as the correctly spelled term.

The only advantage of using mispellings in AdWords is that when you use dynamic ads, the keyword will be in bold in the ad.

...the Quality score will not improve when you are just starting out. I need click to go that....so...its like an intiation fee.

When you are starting out...looks like you have to suffer ...and pay the price.

I'm thinkin about just leavig Google in favor for MSN....or a Cheaper Network.

    That's not what I've found.

I bid for lots of misspelled keywords and I'm the only one displayed when searched for - even though Google suggests the correct spelling.

By all means, go to MSN...

I hope you enjoy their GUI, lack of support and lack of traffic...
