I think waiting for over a week is pretty patient imo >.> But I did get the server pretty quickly after purchasing it. Im not too fussed for the price, especially since it's not managed but the problem isn't too big and it has to be fixed from his end. The actual server and connection is great, he just needs to get a few people working as support. But it could also be that unmanged gets lower priority.. who knows.
