Minor XHTML Help Needed!!!

    Here's the site: DialPartCA _._com

    The index is in XHTML, but the other pages still are not. What I want to do is to remove the bottom 4 "blocks" and be able to add content without it looking messed up. For some reason when I try to do this, it looks messed up in my browser.

    I'll be willing to give a small donation to anyone that can help asap
