Buying Minor iPhone adjustment

    I need a piece of programming that will allow for 'no scrolling' on iphone app. I'm using Phonegap, which means it will be writing in HTML. So, I need a code that does not allow the user to scroll on an HTML page.

    If interested, please provide what you would like for compensation for this task. Thanks!
