I am looking for someone to give me some advice and walk me though a few things. I am trying to start an online pet supply company in Minnesota and am looking for another Minnesota business owner that will be able to make sure I am doing everything right. I just need some advice on what papers need to be filed and so forth. I figure this site has a large enough population that someone here could be form Minnesota. Thank you in advance.
