I'd like to know if this is possible. I need a script or a program to collect information of all the books that are selling at Amazon. Information such as author, title, description, etc... and save it in a database. This program or script also has to crawl Amazon whenever they have updates. Alternatively the script can be programmed to crawl at specific interval. Viz
Yeah, that's my intention. I don't expect someone to do this for me for free. I just want to make sure this is feasible as I know big sites like Amazon ban bots from crawling their site.
PM me details, i can do it for you. Its better to do it as a desktop application because a web script get much CPU of the server. I can code a fast and otpimized app that does the job for you.
