Minimun bid in content network? $0.05?

Hi, I'm trying to make profitable a campaign in the content network. I tried to low bids from 0.05 to 0.04 but it seems that I'm paying 0.05 in spite of having 0.04 as max CPC. Is 0.05 the minimun available bid?

the content network min bid is 0.01...

but if you are looking for USA traffic you will probably not get any impressions or clicks.

I have noticed that 0.01 clicks come from asia and other non usa countries

 

I have seen 0.03 clicks from USA, but takes about a month to get it , but often they all are around 0.05 to 0.04 cents per click. I always start them at 10 cents to 15 cents and then bring it down to about 0.05 to 0.04 cents.

Finally CPC updated and now I see that I'm paying $0.04 (in US). It is doing pretty good so I won't lower this bid anymore.

 

hmm, i just started a new campaign and the lower bid is $0,20. Should i leave it this way and then lower if possible, after checking the CPC?

 

It takes time - at first you'll probably only get foriegn clicks.

 

yes , if so slow big u will get foreign clicks for sure , USA 0,04 + / click

 

Is it good to have these minumums? I have never capped any of this for the marketing campaign I did with my team. Maybe we lost money...
