    Just a theory!
    Media.net really DOES REQUIRE minimum traffic traffic to be in.
    I tried 1 non-traffic site (10 post, professional design) ==> REJECTED
    I tried 1 traffic site (20,000 UV/month) ==> ACCEPTED in 1 week
    But I have no idea what's the exact number of traffic they require.
