    use 100% your own original content , promote the site and get it indexed by google and apply for adsense.

    Not many. Just have a unique site with a few pages, your own domain and hosting not a blogger site and you should be good. Of course make sure you read there TOS to make sure you dont have bad content on the site like gambling,drug, adult or vilant content.

    I think you should go to terms and condition of adsense.. read it carefully.. make a nice blog and put adsense.. you are ready!!

    They will accept you once you follow these two things. :)
