Minimum Requirement to post in BST thread

    What is minimum requirement to post in BST thread
    FAQ/rules say that you must be 14 days old with atleast 25 posts
    but i have seen many new people who just joined in aug like me with 10 posts or less are posting easily.

    Any changes in rule?

    The requirement is for the member to start thread at the BST section, not for replying
