Minimum payout amount and limits

    i have make sales on several affiliate programs,
    but they have not reached the minimum payout amount,
    some of them require withdraw earing to paypal is quite high,
    do you have similar situation?

    What's the program you're using? CPA Network or something else? Most of the networks i'm using have not any limits, the normal minimum payout is $25 - $50.

    Like themeforest,
    you must reach $50 before you can withdraw money to paypal,
    but you know you can usually earn several dollars from each referral...
