    What is the minimum page rank you would consider trying to get links with? PR3? PR2? PR4?

    What are your thoughts

    Sometimes bulk > quality. I wouldn't judge a site solely based on PR. Sometimes low ranking sites can still have thousands of pages indexed and if you get a sitewide it will surely help you out...but to be safe I would go with at least a PR 1 so you know the site has some type of credibility.

    depends i would reather have a lower one long as if its related niche. also i've seen some pr 2 sights get more traffic then a pr 5 so who knows My only requirement is do follow

    If you get good traffic to your site don't worry about your PR. it has nothing to do with PR.
