    There's no minimum, but I highly recommend ~200 /day for better CPM.

    I have always added adsense to my site when I get my first 10 pages of content up, even if it is getting no visitors. I have never had a problem doing this.

    OP, wen you build your site, put the ads in the first time. There is no minimum traffic, rankings, back links, time, etc.... If you have the adsense account already, use it.
