Minimum Bid raised, Need advice on how to lower it.

Okay so I started my new campaign, I did all the normal things, split my adwords in to different groups and made sure I had a relevent advertisment. My landing page is all original content that I thought up and typed myself.

I launched the campaign and had QS of 7. It ran on 7 for about 12 hours and then the age old story my minimum bid flew up to 70 cents through a dollar. QS dropped by 1-4 points on all keywords across all my different adgroups.

I changed my ads up a bit, added more to my landing page and tried to get my keywords in there some more, after relaunching the adgroup my cost was lowered from a dollar to 60 cents, not great but I felt like I was making progress... that was untill 30min later when they all jumped back up to a dollar.

So I'm here to ask, what now? do I need to add more to my landing page, start an all new campaign?

Oh also my ctr was at about 0.18, if that matters.

Is it a popular niche ?
Are keywords 1 word, 2, 3 and are they used a lot by competitors ?

Not real popular no, it's a clickbank product 150-250 gravity so there are a decent amount of affiliates but not a ton, also there aren't many competing products or sites.

Most are 3 word, have a good mix though and yes most of them are being use by pretty much all my competitors, but even the few that only I am using have oddly high numbers such as 60 cents.

Alot of my keyword QS are still at 6 or 7 but asking for 55 cents, when they only wanted 20 last night with the same QS.

EDIT: Okay just looked and now one of my main 2 word keywords is at a QS of 3 with poor relevance, I have it in the add, the url, landing page header and it's the main thing I am talking about on my page.

I've been doing a lot of reading today and I'm seeing a lot of people say a low CTR will make google just kinda throw you away. When I started my campaign I accidently made all my keywords broad which resulted in tons of impressions compared to clicks.

I've made new campaigns and my QS just refuses to get above 4 or 5.

    Update.

Alright so I spent some time and added a lot more content to my site, basically I added a few more paragraphs of info as well as more helpful links. I set up some new campaigns and instantly it had my QS and prices matching what they were before. I dont think it even reviewed my site again. Could my website or google account be flagged?

quite possibly - what QS are you getting? Is it 1/10 all the time?

If you got the 1/10 then you've been slapped and thats going to take some work to remedy.

Take this from me, if you're running affiliate offers through google, no matter how nicely they're "hidden", for the most part, if its competitive, you'll end up with a real low QS

It seems like one of the problems is the one page money sites of old. Anyone else generally seeing poor QS as a result vs. sites that have 3 or 4 pages minimum?

    Between 4 and 7.

I guess that would make since, my Keywords that aren't being used by many other people are at QS 7 even though they are probably the least relative to my site. lol

I have 4 pages on my site not including all the article pages I have as well.

Update: Okay so I just used someone elses account to start a campaign for my site, usually when a new campaign goes up it takes some time to review the page before telling me accurate QS and prices, this time it instantly had the QS and 60-1.00 prices. I think my horrible ctr just trashed my site and got it flagged.

Alright here's an update for anyone who cared lol

My really bad ctr ended up flagging my account and website, when I started a new campaign I had to pay extra and no matter what account I used that url was always very pricey.

In the end I got a new domain name as well as a new account and I am running 7-10/10 QS and Keywords are all 15-30 cents.
