UV and PR are different things. PR is based on the quality of backlinks pointing to your site. It has nothing to do with the number of visitors you are getting on your blog.

Don't treat it seriously with the prediction tools, it just gives fun to us with no meaningful result.

Getting 200UV/day does not give any clues on what would your next PR be. Some sites without PR can also achieve that UV.

Total of UV is not related to your website PR, maybe you should keep focusing on UV's and forget about the PR thing, unless you are looking to sell text links and risk your website traffic from Google ;)

Number of unique views (traffic) and PageRank are not related. PageRank is mainly related to backlinks. If you have quality and high PR backlinks then you can expect a boost in PR.

Most important - even if you loose PR don't give a sh*t, just keep up good working and everything will be fine.

is there a guestimate to minimum number of backlinks one has to get to go from PR0 to PR1 and from PR1 to PR2?

You can't covert your traffic into PR or your PR in to traffic. Both works differently. Concentrate more about your traffic and forget the PR. Traffic is more important than PR.

LOL.. Pagerank is no way related to Traffic..
It depends on the quality and amount of backlinks to your site.

Honestly if I knew then I would have Google figured out and be making big $$$.

Just keep working on building your site, backlinks and GROW your subscribers to if anything happens, you still have a way to connect with people.
