MiniDV Tape / Shell Changing help

    I broke my shell on one of my minidv tapes. I bought a new one because my friend told me I can replace it. Problem is we don't know how to replace the tape from the old minidv shell to the new one.

    Any pointers or advice? Pictures (videos) would help alot!
