Mini SiteLinks on position 3 in SERPS!!!!

    I have just noticed that not only the site at no1 in the serps is getting sitelinks but also some others!
    The page I am looking at has a site at no1 with site links and the site at position 3 has 4 sitelinks in a row after the description. Position no2 is also the same domain as no1.
    It doesn't seem to happen on many pages, does anyone know if this is new or a trial or the way google is going?

    Just noticed this for a site of mine as well. Problem I have noticed, is that for some reason, Google puts a trailing slash at the end of the file name, eg: ... fil.php/ and this is screwing up the appearance of the webpage.
