    I am selling my Minecraft Instant Messaging website, it has a PR1 and is very new, it is a very cool script and has a nice custom design. There is over 100 users and over 200k hits within less then a week.

    We hope to let someone own this that knows what they are doing and can help make it a even better website then before.

    Both are registered on namecheap.
