I'm running http://www.getpaidforum.net project a bit more than 1y. BUt google page rank is still 3... I've tried to submit it in so many directories, agressive link building, etc, etc, etc but it's still 3 all the time. How can I improve it?
Try submitting some articles and including a link at the bottom to your forum where the reader can either get more information or discuss it further. If you don't want to submit them yourself try using a submission service like this one
