the right banner is too large.. so the content / article is too small for read.. is not good i think

All the menus, components are placed at the right places.

In outsourcing it is important to make sure that your outsourcing partner provides you with some method to clearly track the progress of your project and have contingency plans, testing plans and reasonable penalties if key milestones are not reached. You will also need to create a transition plan for any planned staff reductions.

 

I think it's a great site. Very nice.
Just the same as others, the right banner is too big. Maybe, if you replaced it by adsense, could help. Or just decreasae the size. And the last, the font seems too small.
