Mind taking a look at my 'Fat Burning' website?

Looking for an honest review of my site. So far I get about 15-30 UV/day, my CTR is 0% although I have had a few clicks on some clickbank products, no purchases yet though.
Basically I'm curious about the following, and how others see my site: is it appealing? Is it a good theme/layout, if not what could/should be changed? How about content is it interesting, if not why?

Any and all feedback is appreciated, good, bad, or otherwise! Thanks for taking the time to help!
