MillionCount.com "torture chamber" program?

    I am looking for the designer of the sound program on Millioncount.com, or someone who can program it for me. It was a simple program that created sounds upon receipt of a paypal credit. In this case, random bizarre sounds such as glass breaking, or songs. Any help would be appreciated.
