Did he say that? Wow, it explains many things because Holmes was one of the boxers who experienced in those two different era.
I think tyson would win. Every time I see Ali fight, he lets his opponent hit him and waits till they are tired to make his attack. If you let Tyson hit you like Ali does, then he would be knocked out. But maybe Ali would know this and change his style a bit for this fight.
in his prime tyson for sure! ali was the best but tyson would of done him in his prime. ali would not of been able to soak up tysons punches as he did in one fight i seen of him. tyson beat 8 fighters in 15 rounds, formidable power. Tyson was a raging bull. Was the buster douglas fight a fix? a 75/1 outsider i think so! it makes me laugh when i hear lennox lewis an danny williams say how they beat iron mike. ha ha ha. put all of these fighters together in there prime an tyson would of done them all. danny williams beat an old washed out tyson trying to make some cash lol! and lewis well the same!!!!!!! oh lewis was getting mauled by vittlia klishko only cuts tha vittla got saved his sorry ass he was loosing every round!! ps talking of great boxers how does fraudly harrison fair up lol!
pfft... have you seen Ali lately. He suffers from Parkinson's disease. It would be no match. None the less, he is like 20 years older.
Muhamammad Ali is the Best of the best. Mike Tyson is among the best. Who do you think will win? LOL..
Tyson would have dropped ali in the first round when he was in his prime. Ali would danced head first to the ground. Tyson was untouchable in his prime
Yes, I can't wait to see that happens. And you know what will happen there in the ring? Ali will teach something to Tyson. Not about how to punch, but about the meaning of life. LOL
Haha.. not sure if you are serious but that was funny. Despite Parkinson, I bet Ali would scare pensioners of same age but his eyes and his boxing jabs. Ali is just an amazing human being...still raging at his age and with PD. Many forget that like Bruce Lee, Ali is not considered the greatest or the best simply for their fight performances but for the legacy and what they offer to the world
Both in their prime i wud go with Tyson just coz of his raw power. Though my all time favorite is Rocky Marciano. Regards, AHT
Ali would win in a decision... He'd outsmart - out box Iron Mike. I also agree that all would win - especially the advertisers!
Ya, Bruce Lee was not really into competitions then 'cos there were no MMA competitions like UFC etc. But no, I doubt guys in same weight class like George St. Pierre or matt hughes can stand much chance against Bruce. Bruce is acknowledged by many as possibly/ arguably the best pound for pound fighter there is and he is not called the "father of MMA" for nothing http://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Dana_White
