[MIKA SITE FOR SALE] Any Mika Fans Out There?

    Hi Guys, not made a topic on here for a while but I thought I'd let you guys know about this one. I currently set up a Mika (Singer) Fan site a few weeks back and was looking at making it big. However, unfortunately i don't really have the time to take this any further and was looking at letting it go to someone who has similar interest and would have the time to develop it further, e.g. add a forum / news feed and get the visitors interacting and sticking around a lot longer.

    I feel this has great potential to the right buyer and could be made into something big, the domain is pretty sharp and is straight to the point and it already generates a stream of traffic just from search engines alone, mainly Google and Yahoo.

    the Trade Doubler stats are not the best in regards to conversions but plenty of clicks and incentives to bring in a steady profit if you have the time to put into it, obviously these types of links can be changed to your own affiliate progs. if you wish to do the same kind of thing from it...

    in regards to the design, everything was created from scratch by myself - psd and source files are available if needed, the content was also written by myself unless stated

    I think it would help if you stated a start price and maybe a BIN price.

    I could start you at $20 but I expect you are looking for more than that.

    yes unfortunately i am looking for more than that as that only covers the domain alone without the pr2 and website

    i didn't really want to state a price because i weren't really looking for it to go into auction, i am not desperate to sell if the offer isn't right you see :)
