Mihalism Multi Host Custom Work - Stop Hotlinking

    Mihalism Multi Host allows hotlinking of both the small thumbnail and the large original image from external domains. I want to disable hotlinking the larger original image, but allow hotlinking the thumbnail images only from external domains.
