Migration from Plesk to cPanel - Any easy way?

Hello all. I've got a new client who is coming to me from a Plesk server while I use cPanel. I've never used Plesk before so I'm not familiar with it. He sent me a full backup (I'm assuming) which is just a .tar.gz file of his site. I extracted it on my server but the folder structure/layout is all new to me so I wouldn't know where to start to begin restoring his account on my server. Is there any tool to do this kind of thing, or at least a guide somewhere to do it manually? Thanks. :)

Transferring Plesk accounts take alot of work and it still dont guarantee success(especially mail accounts).
Best way to transfer it is create accounts in cPanel and then transfer the data.
write it down the subdomains/databases/emails and then recreate it on cPanel.

Damn. OK, well I guess I'll need to find someone with more experience to do this for me for a small fee, as I just don't have the time. Thanks for your input. :)
