Migraine anyone?

    I have problem of Migraine (the worst one side headache).

    For me Asprine works like a magic, relief in 10 to 15 minutes.

    If you have Migraine (which i wish Not) what works for you?

    I used to get migranes until I stopped drinking Diet Coke. Cola is a common trigger for migranes. My dad gets migranes from eating raw onions. This site has more info about common migrane triggers...

    Light

    Bright sunlight, strong or glaring light, reflections, fluorescent lights, or flickering lights from a television or computer screen can contribute to migraines.


    Light is main cause for me :(

    I get them from eating too much cheese and sleeping too long :mad:

    I can only sleep maybe 6 hours,or I'll get a massive headache.
    After 15 years of this, I finnaly worked out why I got them, an how to get rid of them.

    I take a bath. I start the bath, and put it to an average heat, then get it. I've only half filled it. Then I gradually increase heat (not so it burns) till its very hot, Then I put my head underwater, with my mouth sticking out to breath. It goes within 20 minutes.

    It looks like pretty much everything can trigger a migraine. The very thought of having sex brings my GF's migraine on.. :D

    there are many sorts of migraine.
    and many triggers to cause it.

    some need a asprine and 10 minutes later it is ok
    some bereal sick for a few days like first day real sick and second day no energie left.

    try to read some books and try to find what is the trigger.

    best thing to do is keeping a agenda and try to be specific on what ou eat and drink and do.

    after a short time you will see what is the trigger if you are one of the lucky ones.
