    Who would be interested in purchasing www.refinancingblog.info?

    I might sell it, I want offers!

    It has earned $14.87 from Adsense in a month.

    And has 1449 external links according to Google Webmaster Tools.

    It is just over 1 month old, and comes with a phpbb database to start a forum (with over 200 finance related posts)

    It has a permanent PR5 link on www.afpilot.com

    And a one year featured link on www.cheapdirectory.net which is PR3

    There are currently 194 posts and 32 comments, contained within 5 categories.

    It has an Automatic Poster installed (not running at the moment) and the Alexa Rank is 740,886

    I want offers over $100, seeing as how it has cost me almost that to get started! Any offers?

    I have no idea, and the link will stay in my signature and recent blog for a few months after sale.

    And it has banner advertising on every proxified page with www.yourcloak.com.

    Yeah, it's only 1 month old, I was told to make the BIN price the same as one year revenue.

    Which would be $181.80, But I only want $120 - $130!

    Can anyone offer me that?
