Might Sell my Crysis Site!

Hi!

Well after all the time i have included in gaming industry while running my Crysis fan site! I think there is a chance that i would be selling this site! The forums ain't that busy atm, how ever with some extra work , you probably can do it quite well, i use to be in first and second page with all my main keywords, now it reduced to few pages!
I have invested quite a lot of my time last year in this project, and i feel like i don't have time to run it anymore! So if there will be any good offers i might of go for it and sell it ! We have few Mods in our Team including myself as Admin! The site has around 16 000 backlinks , main page PR4, forums PR3! We had a great idea how to make it more popular by adding other games categorys what we have done, also with banner on front page etc, but a nice redesign probably would be the best idea, unfortunately i havent got time for it! Content has been writen by me and by my Mod team, sources always has been a news from all sort of things! Traffic now daily is about average 150UV , it use to be up to 600 when i ranked bettter, so all you need is a bit more investment and you will be fine, content and life its all there! The software we are using Joomla with FireBoard forums!

As i mentioned i am not sure if i sell it yet, but if i really see the decent offer i might just go it !

Domein expires after 13 months , i just renewed it , and hosting is at godaddy!

i can provide the ones who really are interested with traffic screen shoots etc, earnings are low because i never pushed to earn money from it, and added only recently AdToll ads on it !

the thing is, the site will keep getting less and less popular, as the games newness fades away.

or at least that makes sense in my head..
