Might I be in the sandbox?

My golf blog http://www.hookedongolfblog.com has a PR of 5, 100,000 hits per month and shows up nowhere on google's radar.

I pay for a sponsor link in google's search.

I had this blog on blogger and moved it in the middle of April.

    Might I be sandboxed?

    I'm #5 on yahoo, #4 and 5 on MSN and #4 & 6 on iwon.

I just found a new beta at google: blog search. I seem to be #3 there for golf blogs. I wonder if that has anything to do with it...

Your nowhere in the regular search? How old is your site?

Started it originally in blogger in about December 2004. Ran it there until April 2005 where I switched to my own URL.

Yes, why nowhere in the regular search?

Your site is fairly new. The new URL could be sandboxed.

That URL is around 6-7 months old. Between 6 mo and a year is when you get "let out" of the sandbox no?

Hmm. Perhaps I have another month or two before I get let out.

That article was VERY informative. Thank you.

Google tends to let URLs out of the sandbox when they do big updates. I believe there is a big update due soon.
