Microworkers: Best way to promote my website?

I earned some money with microworkers. I would like to use that money to promote my website. I can pay people 10¢ to like, digg, buzz my web site or I can pay them more to write blog articles and create backlinks to my web site or leave links on forums or in blog comments.

What is the best way to spend this money? I know that I should try to get some high quality backlinks, but in this moment I just want to get some visitors.

I would say using your own satellite sites containing quality content and links to your main/money site. Or buy quality articles and get them published on other relevant blogs as guest posts. The latter requires that you to take contact with the blog owners of course.

Writing blog articles will make your website more valuable and a better user experiance- but they might not be good articles. I would either do this or create backlinks. You should pay for people to like your website on facebook, because they won't come back. It's better to pay for increasing seo or getting better content.
