Revenue
I have monetized the site using both Amazon Associates (UK) and Google AdSense. AdSense revenue is minimal (one or two bucks a month) so I've not bothered to include that here. Amazon revenue for May was £12.27 GBP which is approximately just under $18 USD. Then a few dollars from AdSense brings monthly revenue to about $20.

Traffic to this site is very targeted with 60%+ coming from organic search results. I've done absolutely no promotion to this site other than building backlinks.

The site
Domain is registered with NameCheap so transfer is free. You'll also get the domain name "microsoftarc.com" with this sale. The sites content is unique and was written by me specifically for the site. I've made every effort to optimize the site to the best of my abilities. The site is built with static files making it simple enough for anybody to manage.

The site has a Google PageRank of 2 and is on the first page in Google for the query "microsoft arc mouse" - I'd say the majority of the sites traffic comes from here.


Reason for selling
I will very soon be moving and need to fund the deposit on the new house. Selling off some of my sites seems to make sense for raising funds for this.

Note: I understand that the Microsoft trademark is within this domain - I personally own several trademarked domains, each of them bringing in a decent amount of revenue each month and I've never had any problems with them. If this is a problem for you then simply don't bid - I don't want any time wasters.

Hi cri8bat - It's not much really which is why I haven't bothered including it. The site makes anywhere between $1 and $5 per month via AdSense alone.
