Microsoft ?

Hi All;

When I download the service pack 2 for windows XP from microsoft.com is it the whole thing or do I have to actually connect the computer to the internet to get it or can I download it to a removeable drive?

You can download from another computer to a thumb drive and drag it over to your desktop and install from there.

Don't forget XP has SP3 also.

SP3 is the latest updates from microsoft because they are no longer provides updates forever.

 

Well you can do it but all you need to have a separate pc and then you can easily get from there.If you don't having that one so you just get a key of Microsoft from that key can easily get all the software which were developed by the Microsoft.

 

Downloading it from CD is one of the best option...Plus Microsoft website also offers you to download their features...so Try it out too..

You can either download the pack to your P.C or to a removable drive (its your own choice), both will work!
As someone already pointed out in the above threads, why not download SP3 - SP2 is outdated...
