    hi guys,

i have a word document with a list of words

    car
    dog
    boy
    girl

and i would like to add the same word to each word and the end result should look something like this

    carsample
    dogsample
    boysample
    girlsample

is there a way to achieve this automatically using ms word?

    thanks,
    adi

    Go to Find and replace
    Find what: ^l
    Replace with: sample^l

You want to add the same word to all the words in a list, right? I think there should be a formula to use for that. But since you are using Word, you can do it in Excel and then copy it back to Word.
