Microsoft Word banned from selling in the US

    How so? Microsoft already admitted they were aware of the patent beforehand.

    just because they are big does not mean they will win. i'm pretty sure everybody has read the story where the guy sued google and one.

    No one is above the law, unless you create the laws. Microsoft broke the law and should pay for it.

    They can still appeal the judges decision or just issue a patch like the article says.

    $240 million is chump change to microsoft. The worst that can happen is Microsoft opening their wallet and settling with i4i to make the problem go away.

    Lets wait and see what comes out of this one.Those guys has alot of money to spend so there is no better way to spend a chunk of it than through lawsuits and the rest.
