Microsoft has a new approach to search engines. It works slower than Google but has more qualitative results. What do you think?

Did it just happen recently? Cause I can't see any real changes yet. it will be hard as Google has a lot more websites in it's database compared to microsoft.

Yes There is some improvement in Microsoft's Search Engine. Microsoft is trying differnet things like Browse Rank. Evertime they come up with something new its only gonna benefit them because they can not go further down from here. They can only gain and they will gain. Evertime they will gain a little its gonna hurt Google a lot because this is the only source on income for Google

It would be great if Microsoft can improve its search engine, but I can see Google coming up with something better or faster. If this new Microsoft search is already launched, I am sure that Google has known about it. Surely if we can get a hold of the information if we can. Since Google's SE is the main income of Google, they will do anything to keep it the best. Keep in mind they have a whole department of people that work on the SE constantly. I agree with Mihailty in the fact that no one stands a good chance in surpassing Google for some time.

I cannot realy see that their quality got better. At least not for the keywords I am looking for.

But I would love to have some improvements at Microsoft and Yahoo :(

You ALMOST made me load up MSN to do some searches.... almost. good try :p

Yahoo! is my homepage (the news rocks) and google is my preffered search (mainly because they are number 1 and I need to monitor results in the engine that sends the most visitors)
