I've downloaded it from Microsoft. I didn't see any big change. Everything's the same, but my PC is now upgraded to SP3 (I can see it in System Info).
That sounds about right. I have even tried it yet. THere's something about a beta or RC version of a "service pack" that doesn't seem right to me. I don't think it's going to be much more than a security rollup with all the patches that have been released since SP2. I could be wrong...
Ok, thanks for the replies. As for beta and rc and similar ...really don't want. Waiting for release. They said sometimes it will be February.
i dont think there will be much changes in SP3, just sp2 with all updates as someone said earlier here microsoft must be disappointed that noone buys their super new software called VISTA, such a crap, will squeeze the last drop of sweat out of your cpu!!
Personally I do care about compatibility issues a lot regarding Vista, not it's slow work, troughing money on new PC is something I want to do know.
all i have heard that sp3 will make xp better that vista. But they said that they will release sp3 after they release sp1 for vista
wow you guys are right.. xp is better than vista; that's why there still issuing fixes for 7 year old software.
i do not think. Microsoft released Vista. If they release sp3 they will have huge loss from vista. They will stop in summer xp.
They released it to 10,000 beta testers last December i think. No doubt it will contain more DRM locks..
