How could this have anything to do with those things, when they ask to put a chip in your Brain (GBI) then you will know.

But Mr. Gates is just trying to stop folks (CHINA) from copying his software without paying.

No M$ ID, no worky work your OS, OK Got it, want to stay in the biz, play the game.

Gates has not asked you to put a mark or a chip under your skin, so until then don't jump to conclusions.

As I recall, Google were the one's with the BRAIN IMPLANT idea.

This has been discussed on many webmaster forums, see link below

    http://www.alltheweb.com/search?cat=web&cs=utf8&q=google+brain+implant&rys=0&_sb_lang=pref

All Google users should line up to Get the (GBI) just like you are standing in line to get a Gmail Account. First come, first serve. Please take a number so you can get a number.

The so called "Mark" will be your personal M$ ID key that will be required to make your OS function.

So if you don't take the "Mark" you can go into goat farming like I am.

Next if your websites are not set up with the interface to accept the "Mark" you will lose 90% of your traffic (windows users)

    Catch 22 anyone?

Well, I'll pretend for a second that this topic isn't idiotic (because it is)...

Microsoft isn't stupid. Even they know that doing something like that would be an excellent reason for users to abandon Windows for another operating system.

Essentially they would create a tiny little orphaned island of the Internet that was only accessible by Windows users. They would only be able to access sites that voluntarily added themselves to that little island. So now, as a Windows user, you are unable to access the whole Internet.

Personally, I wish they WOULD do it. But anyone who thinks that it has any chance of happening is a fool.

Gee anthony, I wonder why no one ever takes you seriously?

Shawn, I wonder if you ever looked at the article posted in this thread, do you think I made this silly subject up?

Maybe if you took the time to read the back up articles you would have a better idea of what we are talking about in this very silly subject of AutoID.

Have *you* read the article? It has no mention of "AutoID" or anything similar. It also does not mention sites needing to install an AutoID system in order to keep Windows users.

Maybe you should go read the article. The string auto, pass and the word log does not exist the article.

It was not the article in this thread, but I posted it in one of the threads on the night we had the PM war, or the day before, I think in one of SEOGuru's threads, I will repost it tonight when I get back if you can not find it, but I must leave.

Relevance to this thread? You must go back, we were talking about AutoID in this thread way back and PayPal.

You never answered the question posed, why are folks that use PayPal fools?

I am not the one that did not want to discuss M$ auto ID to replace Passport Shawn, you were.

    I never said that.

I was asking why you think Microsoft would come up with a "new" central authentication system, when they already have one (Passport)?

Never say Never, you will reconsider one day when you see the new Standards established.

No more Browsers, no more log ons using user names and passwords, yeah Shawn, you will be one of the first to adopt the system because you are one of the smartest operators in the business.

So you can say you will not do it now, but since all of the big companies are behind it you will not have a choice.

Shawn, you can become a goat farmer, can you milk a goat?

I want to learn how to make goat's milk cheese, I really like Feta Cheese, you can join me.

You will make a great farmer Shawn.
