Can I have Google txt ads and a banner from the Microsoft publisher on the same page or is that against one of their TOS's? I know you cannot have Adsense and Yahoo publisher on the same page but Microsoft's ads are banner ads and not txt ads.

You can't have another text based cpc program alongside google. If it's a banner then you should be okay. Contact google though and ask. The worst they can say is no.

I'm with bgd here... As long as its not text based you should be good, but its best to check with the big G first... I had them both on a site previously, but it didnt generate any income (due to my laziness), so u doubt they cared either way

Even if you ask google and they say it is ok, BE AWARE!!! I had a client that bought a site (regular site that became kind of warez-ish), removed all the content that he thought It was bad. He then contacted google, and google said OK. There was some content that he should have taken down, and did not realize that it was there, and ended up having his adsense account banned. He appealed and they let him go back. but still read the TOS carefully even if google says that it is ok.

Well that's a little different. The google team isn't going to go through every single page of his site and check everything. They saw the concept of the site and maybe even looked at a few pages and everything was okay.

In the case of the thread starter they will be able to say yes or no without having to browse the whole site.
