I will prefer to use Microsoft Office because i am using since more than 10 years, so due to this reason i have fully control on it and aware about almost each feature so its easy for me to use it rather than going for alternative.

They may get keys from technet or msdn. Is it legit if we use these keys?

I don't use Microsoft office any more (it's just too expensive) I just use Open Office and Gimp as I find it's all I need.

MS office is worth it's $100. Open office is the thing that irritates me when I open it. It literally eats all of my RAM.
Office is surely worth the price, just like adobe software. If you want quality you should consider paying for it. It's jut like the stuff you eat. The more expensive the better.

In my experience of microsoft office and open office, it all depends on the persons budget. Open office is good to the point that it is free and can do almost everything ms office can do but open office seems to have more bugs and freezes up or has errors. If you can budget for ms office, i would get ms office. Google docs is also a good alternative.

The answer is obvious. If you care opportunities by using a text editor, choose the Word, and if not, then OpenOffice.

Plz confirm before purchasing they are dealer or authorized with microsoft ? And if they are offering then their might be authorization in UK for dealers bcz no company can have offer without prior contract. Plz contact them and ask for more detail.

For businesses that can not afford license like medium or small bcz its too costly they can have OO or star office bcz its open source. Home or personal user often use pirated MS office not good but its growing trend to save cost.
But MS Office has reality great functionalists too. And large companies still purchases costly license for their companies managers and Accounts/IT employees.
