    system MSSQL 2000 SP4
    windows 2003 server enterprise edition
    plesk 8.1

    You need to check that youre DSN is set up correctly. Are you using the wrong sort of security (Windows instead of SQL Server)?. If the database is located on a remote server and you have no control, it might be something they are doing. Search on the error message in google and you are bound to come up with some help.

    it seems that user kamil do't have permissions to connect to database. check the user id in database server, and check the permissions on the database.
