Windows vista is considered a flop and some have considered is one of the biggest failure in technical world ( Although some fans of microsoft and microsoft employees may not agree) . Now as most of you already know windows 7 is on the line .What are your expectations from it ? . Its interference is simple(Still in beta ,so many things may change in final version) and its using the same kernel as of windows vista .Its more like a " updated version of vista" and this time they are concentrating more on adding features than visual effects.
Windows Vista is very good. Never had problems with it, and moves fast like hell... Windows 7 is faster I tested the beta, it's absolutely amazing!
I am currently testing the windows 7 beta ... it looks better than Vista .. and faster too ... and the new taskbar is amazing ....
I also have the Windows 7 beta installed on my PC. I believe it's so fast, because it's beta and it doesn't have all the useless processes running. Maybe it will be the same like vista or even slower when they launch the official version....
From what I've seen in the BETA, it's very similar to Vista other than the task bar. But hopefully they will make some improvements before the final version comes out.

Vista is fine for me but because so many people have been having problems with it, Microsoft should offer Windows 7 Free to anyone who purchased Vista.
VISTA was something a gift my Microsoft. AN ANGEL-ISH gift for sure.. I run VISTA on my Desktop and its fast like a BMW running at 150 kmph. Also using WINDOWS 7 on my laptop. Its good. The worst product of Microsoft is IE and that should be kicked for sure. A complete shit for mankind is IE
I’ve used both vista and win7. Any way, vista is not a good OS to me. It used most of my computer resource and does not support all programs I used in xp. Further, it requires high-end graphics card and memory power to run fast. On the other hand win7 runs as fast as xp. It supports my all xp programs and it’s features are good. Win7 wins!
I am running Vista, and have never had any problems (touch wood). I prefer it to XP. I have not tried the WIndows 7 beta, is it worth it? P.S Vista SP2 is coming out soon
nope, thank God for the Unix ! Mac is also Unix based OS Did ya know that? Of course with the time, it became different, much different, but it wuz all Unix at the start ;] I heard much about Vista too, but I have never tried it , and I won't .. I'm using Ubuntu Linux for about 2 years and I can tell that it's safe, fast, and secure! No spyware, no viruses, no fuckware and shits like that.... I prefer this than any other M$ shit ;]
I think WIndows 7 is great, faster than XP in some cases - it's great. There's even a petition online asking for it to be released NOW, hope that doesn't happen though...wouldn't want another vista
