Whoahhh....I think this is really free. The don't even display the price but the problem is, my country is not listed there. It's only limited for some countries.

 

Microsoft realized that Vista is loosing the market so they are giving free CDs to help the people to use the Vista

lets see what happens next

 

The CD contains just tutorials,NO softwares.
and it takes about 2Weeks to reach me in India.
