    I'm frequently getting this error message:

    Microsoft Feeds Synchronization has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

    How can I fix this?

    Try this it will stop the message and I've had this in place fro some while and appears not to cause any problems for me.

    A) In IE7 click the Tools button and select Internet Options from the pop-up menu.
    B) On the Content tab of the Internet Options dialog box, click the Settings button in the Feeds section of the dialog box.

    C) In the Feed Settings dialog box, uncheck the "Automatically check feeds for updates" check box

    However if you use RSS read this and watch the You tube, its your choice personally I find if not careful you become an internet nerd with information overload. Hope this helps

    Sorry to not update this thread.


    I've fixed this problem.

    Uninstalled the IE browser and re-installed the IE8.
    The error message was gone.
