Hey guys this is very important so if you can help out please chime in. How can I create the following graph in excel. Basically if you look at the left it shows the values how basically in a range from X going from 0 to 100, the Y value goes from 25 to 25, then have that dotted line, and take the next values right below it. I have no idea how to do this but do know generally how to make graphics. If you know please let me know.
