Microsoft has acknowledged that they slipped the .NET Framework Assistant plugin into Firefox via Windows Update this past February, and that it has poked a "critical" hole in the browser's security (effectively bringing Firefox down to IE's level). http://gizmodo.com/5383413/shady-microsoft-plugin-pokes-critical-hole-in-firefox-security
Microsoft has been accused of criminal activities for over 10 years and paid over $2 billion in fines for illegal activities on two continents. It's the only tech company that is under US Federal oversight and must report its activities to the government. So, is Microsoft evil? Yes. Known, provable, verifiable and admitted to by Microsoft themselves by settling out of court and paying billions in fines.
Google has never been brought to court for anti-trust activities, or forced to pay any fines for any such disruptive activities as Microsoft has. Nor does anyone accuse Google of undermining other companies and attempting to force them out of business as Microsoft did.

I stand solidly behind my previous comment ..
nice one, Yes we know they're leading search engines world but they can't fool ppl with silly news like google Operating systems or something like that who gonna use that OSs ? yeah microsoft sucks on Vista but they have fixed that by Windows 7 , and everyone know that this OS the the best .... u see nowadays Apple really scared of releasing new Windows OS its really funny
You're forgetting the original crime of stealing apple's idea and marketing it better, consequently claiming it as their own. Granted, this is the most common way a company becomes very big very quickly. It's not uncommon for an organisation to steal a good idea and promote it strongly. Money is there to be had, why not get it without having the idea yourself?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_Microsoft_Windows#Early_history:_an_expansion_of_MS-DOS It appears to me that the judge ruled in favor of Microsoft.
You are trying to compare 3rd party claims of patent infringment and name trademarks to criminal activities on two continents? You are also trying to compare the Justice Departments investigations into Google as to "Gee, can we allow this?" to Microsoft's being caught under the covers bankrupting companies and being fined billions of dollars. You are standing on vapor since Microsoft receives such claims all the time and I don't think any of the claims you posted have come about. You can read the paper trails on the internet of all the "evil doings" of Microsoft from all the court cases held against them. You will not find any such activities or claims against Google. The United States vs Microsoft Iowa and several US states in anti-trust against Microsoft
The United States Justice Department is an enemy of Microsoft? So is Iowa, Missouri, Mississippi and 4 other states? The European Union makes things up?
microsoft was evil..... Now google is evil. You will come to know when the cloud computing is at top.
Slipping their plugins into firefox is rather naughty if not evil. Evil-ness is proportional to turnover, you generally find.
I would say they're not evil.. What's evil on them.. they're just machine and they dont perform perfectly...
