Microsoft Crawler Log says 234+2

    On my log I see under Robot and Spider visits:

    MSNBot Hits = 234+2

    What is +2 mean?

    The +2 normally means the amount of successful hits on your robots.txt file (2) (Do you have one)?

    The "+2" shows how many times the bot accessed your robots.txt. On every visit the bot will access the robots.txt too see where its allowed, so basically the "+" number shows how many times the bot has visited and the first number shows how many pages were read during those two visits.
