Microsoft and Facebook INK 850 million dollar deal

I bloged about this last night in rumor but today its official (although it seems i am the only one who has given a dollar figure).

Microsoft has struck a 3 year deal to advertise on facebook

That sucks, I like using facebook. Now it's going to be tainted.

 

Not true. I think it's great that these companies are taking advantage of the high traffic that social netwoking brings. It's great for advertisers!

 

I think it's great that someone has finally joined with Facebook. I just wish it was someone else. I'm not a huge fan of Microsoft at the current moment. They have issues.

 

I remember reading that google was going to do something eith myspace. Mabye that has something to do with it?

Google signed a 900 million dollar deal with Myspace to provide search and advertising earlier this month.

Not legitimate. I cerebrate it's majuscule that these companies are taking asset of the higher interchange that cultural netwoking brings. It's majuscule for advertisers!

 

My impression is that Facebook was already tainted.
